was recognized with a Gold Medal for its learning Program ETHOS: Doing the Right Thing, a portfolio of two courses in
9 languages.

With a unique cast of actors and characters, and a touch of light humor, these two courses present multiple scenarios of common
situations where the right path is not always clear. The courses take the learner through conflicts of interest, harassment and other
situations in which they are presented with choices and shown what is the right thing to do.
The courses guide all employees in doing the right thing and reflect the value of acting with integrity in every action and decision
they make. They raise awareness about the personal and professional implications of misconduct and fostering a culture where
everyone adheres, reports, and inspires. They are designed to be engaging and interactive, ensuring that employees can apply
what they learn to real-world situations.
